I recently rented a storage unit because I’m going to India for a few months and needed a safe place to store my belongings. Sandra was very helpful throughout the process. She explained all the available options clearly and showed us the storage units. She was very nice, polite, and professional, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Great storage experience. Accessing my unit was a breeze, and the facility was always clean and secure. Big thanks to Inderjit for initial reservation process and to Jay for being so helpful throughout my storage duration and for making the checkout just as smooth as day one.

Talk about helpful! I recommend this storage location, just for the personnel alone. Decent pricing, and such great customer service! Very clean and accessible! Thanks to H.K. Mover that assisted in this find. Great moving company as well! Only downfall, it is to far away! But worth the travel.

For a storage place it provided the service I needed. Clean rental unit, indoors, proper working doors, elevator, trolleys, and washroom. Front staff was helpful and had supplies if needed. Price was probably on par to other places. My only complaint would be that I have to keep the lock, but it is proprietary to that type of door so I’ll never need it again…unless I use their storage again.
