Amazing Staff, Pam, Aymane, and 2 others whom I can't properly pronounce, lol, always kind, quick to resolve any issues without hesitation, been with Public Storage nearly 6 years now, and plan to stay cause of the quality of care from all the staff! (Orleans Location)
Went to ask the office for help shoveling, they sent a guy whose name I didn't catch that was already outside doing all of the other areas while they stayed on their phones watching videos.
Excellent service. Nice, competent and helpful people. Clean and well organized infrastructure.
