Patricia & Rizavi are amazing professionals. They were efficient, effective and made me feel so welcome. They both should offer customer service training to your whole company. They deserve a raise and a promotion. I would give them 12 stars but your survey only offers 5 stars. You are so lucky to have such incredible staff in this age of millennials who could care less about the customer.
The storage units were perfect, safe and close to home. All staff worked on getting me the best deal that worked with my timeline. Everyone was friendly and empathetic during difficult times. Thank you
