The 2 staff members that helped me were very friendly, informative and educated about the facilities. Looks clean. Haven’t moved stuff in yet, but good experience so far. Well organized. One thing though, the storage facilities were not the advertised sizes, I looked at supposed 5’x5’ was more like 4’4”x 4’6” I happened to have a measuring tape from something I was doing earlier that day the 5’x10’ more like 4’7” x 8’ 11” so they need to brush up on their measurements. Still all else seems great!
We used Public Storage to facilitate our move out of River Distric back to our home on Marpole that has been redeveloped. The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. The cost was reasonable and the locker we got was excellent. The entire facility is clean and modern and we did not experience any issues during the 4 months that we used their facilities. I want to thank the staff of Public Storage for their service and kindness towards us.
