I asked for after hours access signed paper work and have used the code in the past and today I am stuck inside the gate with a medical issue needed it access my meds. I am going to call a lawyer this is utter madness.
The booking and move-in process was great! I booked my storage online but I got a call from the location and Kavish explained the next steps in detail which left me with no questions which was great. When I was at location Kavish and Wasim both had everything ready for me which again was a great customer service. All their units are ground level which makes the accesses easy. Definitely recommend the location!
