Excellent clean facility with easy access and great customer service. I’ve rented three units of all sizes and they are all great. Price is very fair. Can’t beat it.
I had a very troubling experience at this storage facility today. Yesterday, I reserved a storage unit and arrived today with my truck completely full of my personal belongings, ready to move everything in. When I entered the office to complete the process, I was assisted by the assistant manager, Kevin. I informed Kevin that I am deaf and that I rely on lip-reading to communicate. 5 star service. Outstanding customer service. They were very helpful during move in and move out. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a reliable storage. Good pricing.
Receptionists at the front need to communicate better and price varied from each other. We moved mout because of mental stress and poor communication!
