The storage unit is absolutely horrible I am a handicap with a disability and cannot walk well I was given an upstairs unit with lots of heavy stuff there was no trolley carts available for me as well it was an unlit storage unit that was hot with no controlled air I asked to switch to a lower unit as I am disabled and cannot be up and down with all my heavy stuff and I cannot see in my unit as I am looking for something I was told this is not an option I have to pay to rent a new unit. Experience with Public storage was great. Specially Shaunna and Kavita explain all information and details what I was looking for storage. I would recommend this location for storage because client dealing is so great.
Great experience with this storage company. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.
