It is a poor managed place. They do not clean the snow in front of the units. The moving equipment is broken, the locks in the units poorly maintained. The indoor units are as hot as outside, the access doors do not hold. The lock the toilets so the customers can not use it or they do have to clean it. It is appalling. Main office contacted..no reply what so ever.
This is 3rd times renting unit from Public Storage-Queensway East Location at Mississauga. Excellent customer Service team of this location and promotion.

I got locked inside this Public Storage location tonight — very frustrating experience. The posted gate hours are 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I entered the facility at 10:15 p.m., and the gate was still open, so I assumed it was okay to enter. But when I tried to leave at 10:20 p.m., the gate wouldn’t open at all. I was completely stuck inside the property.
