I went to Public Storage yesterday, at the Rupert location in Vancouver. I would like to thank Jatin Vig for patiently showing all units I wanted to see. Thanks to him, I could choose the one that best suits my budget. I felt welcome and valued as a client. I was also concerned about rodents. However, Jatin showed a very cute unit that belongs to a service cat, who keeps them away. I went home reassured that my belongings are completely safe.
Jatin Vig is an extremely competent manager. He figured out the most efficient way for me to transition from one unit to another. He also provided me detailed information on how chemicals are being replaced by more sustainable ways to protect tenents' belongings. After signing the contract, went home very reassured.
