I just moved out from the Rupert location, and after my experience, I am happy to give this establishment a 5 star review. :) I rented the smallest locker available, which is a 5'x5' space (8' ceiling). Upon opening it, it was nice and clean and felt bigger than 5 square feet, but alas, I did not actually measure the dimensions myself. You could likely fit a small apartment's worth of belongings in this unit if you dont own a whole lot of stuff, and have a small couch. The thing that stood out to me was the customer service. The staff are good looking too! The 2 people that I spoke with were very friendly, genuine, helpful, and smiling. It was my first time renting something like this, and I was intimidated before walking in. I thought there might be tricky sales things but no! The process was simple, flexible, no hidden contracts. The only unexpected fee was the one time admin fee. They patiently answered my questions, explained things well and it was great!
Went to get quotation and received a wonderful customer service provided for two new trainees, Sarah and Kate. Both gave me a tour to check the best options for me and provided me with all information I needed to take the best decision. Thank you both for your advice and will be in touch soon.
Front desk staff are very efficient, friendly And fast at their jobs, the whole facility is clean and secure. If I were to rent Another storage unit, I would go back there.Very polite, very thorough, very fast Thank you
