We have been greated by the staff today as we walked in, both staff members were very friendly and helpful with the units. Gautam knew exactly what kind of storage we were looking for and helped us immediately and guided us to the right units. The set up was smooth overall and no complicated breakdown of fees, it was very direct and at no point it felt I am being tricked to anything extra to my storage units. Had a great experience at this location. I went in and Sumith helped me out alot with the process of setting up a 10’ by 10’ unit. She helped me rent my unit quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process.
