Allan and Arsh were extremely helpful, stayed until the job was done and even helped me with some other stuff. 10/10
Clean and welcoming environment. It's great that they offer a clean washroom on site as well. One thing we are not happy with is if your unit is not on the ground floor, it appears there is no way to access the 2nd floor when the elevator is down. One of the elevators is consistently having issues. Also they close too early - 10pm is too early when you may only have the evening. Another issue we had was the lack of temperature control. Kelly was extremely helpful and friendly in providing all of the information and assistance in obtaining a 10x10 rental unit. She was also very thorough in ensuring I understood all of the rules and regs, opening and closing times and everything else I needed to know to simplify the process for me.
