Kelly was amazing she went above and beyond to help me
I had no issues storing my items here. There's only 4 loading bays but I only found myself not getting a spot once. Like anything with moving the ending and the beginning of the month is the busiest. Anyways, the folks that run the place were very police and helpful with me, even when I needed a last minute change to the size of my storage unit. Here's a hint, move your stuff in or out in the middle of the month, these are the least busy times for any storage facility. So yeah, no problems here.
Once again I had the pleasure of dealing with Public Storage at Romina Drive in Vaughan. Still the same clean units and very helpful staff. Simran made the sign up process seamless and efficient. She is very cheerful and helpful.
