Kim is simply a blessing to this earth. I am having a rough day and came to get my stuff as I am a traveling performer. The keys were lost and I was not able to access my unit. After going back and forth, we finally just decided to get a locksmith. Kim called someone she knew was just around and quickly went into getting me someone as I need to board a plane by Monday.
