We live out-of-state and they assisted our family during an emergency situation to safely store possessions in a prompt manner. Chris, the current manage provides exemplary service. He patiently helped me understand the Storage policies, and how the pricing works. He also assisted cleaning up a spill up with a smile, and friendly conversation. He exhibits a great attitude and gives outstanding service.
Chris was very helpful toward me regarding my storage unit transfer! He worked with me on scheduling the process in a way that fit my needs. Very pleased with this location overall! I had some questions about the billing on my unit and when I would need to give notice for move out, which I couldn't find an answer to online. When I called Chris at the facility he was busy with someone, but he took my number and called me back before the end of the day. He then took the time to answer all of my questions and even offered up some suggestions that you normally wouldn't expect to receive as a customer. Absolutely 5-star customer service. Thanks, Chris!
