Terry was super helpful. With the kiosk down in the lobby Terry made his way over to help me get into my unit for some personal belongings. My day would have been a lot less enjoyable if including get to my stuff and it’s all thanks to Terry’s help.
Everything was great but the $20 lock fee...that was rage bait.
Sheena and Jorge were very pleased in helping me with what I was looking for. Great costumer service.
Laquitha was very friendly, she was helpful even while cleaning... very impressive
