The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Maria was such a pleasure to work with at the Public Storage in Des Plaines. She was so kind and welcoming, and really took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It can be a little stressful figuring out storage, but she made the whole process easy and straightforward. I really appreciated her patience and the way she went above and beyond to help.
