These are ALL THE GREAT THINGS Kelly did for me at Public Storage when I rented a storage unit on 7/21/25 on Busse Highway in Des Plaines. She totally ROCKED! 1) In addition to sending me an email, she wrote down on a piece of paper my "access code" and storage unit number to make it easier for me. 2) Kelly knew I was seeking the BEST deal I could find since I was "surfing" the internet in front of her.
