Edit: the manager was very helpful and is actively trying to get me a lower rate. Tip: go straight to your location’s manager and don’t go through their online corporate support. I have not had any issue with the staff or facility itself, however I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed because my monthly rate is increasing nearly 40%—just four months into my lease. Update: Theres animal PEE still running down all the walls on the second floor. I’ve found animal poop inside of our unit and management is unprofessional doing nothing about it. This is by far the worst establishment in the area. Super unclean and a health hazard.
Great place to keep your stuff, well maintained and the staff are all friendly.
