If you store here, you will face frequent rate increases. We just received a rate increase of 33% after four months. When we moved from a larger locker to a smaller one to save money, they assured us the rate would be stable. But there's a clause in the lease that says they can do this. So every four months, expect a signifcant rate increase. Better yet, look for another facility!
Great staff, great customer care.
This storage facility is one of the very best I’ve ever used. They’re always so kind and quick to respond and help. Al especially has been fantastic at helping us to coordinate when orders arrive and make sure we are never missing packages. Everything is always clean and organized great. Would highly recommend!
