Outstanding customer service, easy going, laid back, made things comfortable and easy, easy to work with and problem solved any issues, understanding, easy and comfortable to relate to, made things convenient for me, very helpful------so far best experience with a storage manager or personel yet Ive ever experienced working with dealing with storage units at various facilities and locations in the metro area... 10 out 5 stars hands down!
They've raised my rates twice now in just over a year. The first time was almost double and now they've raised it again. I was also told on the phone that I would have front and back access to my unit, which I dont, only the one pull down door. It's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. Don't bother going to the location to talk to anyone, the doors are always locked with no one attending. Even the phone goes to a bunch of automated prompts that take forever. I will be emptying my unit as soon as possible.
