Excellent service, the clerk was very nice and answered my questions and helped me move in in quick professional manner, very satisfied with renting a unit from this place
If I could leave no stars I would! This place is a joke you can never reach a (local) employee on the phone and every time I went to the office no one was there! If you are looking for a storage unit place that will actually provide service give Storage Mart a call they will actually answer!

I'm in the process of relocating my business and needed a large space to store everything that was temperature controlled. I reserved a 10x25 unit. On the day we moved in, upon arrival we noticed that half of the lights don't work. Take note that there are NO LIGHTS in the units. If there are, I wouldn't know because I have called this place a few times, responded to surveys, etc. and NOBODY RESPONDS. We had to use our cell phone flashlights to move in. As we left, the other half of the lights turn on, which doesn't help us ... read more
