I used their online tool to create a reservation for a unit, starting at the end of the month. After visiting the facility and inspecting the unit. I thought I was confirming my reservation by providing to the salesperson all of my info and payment info, only to find that they started the rental today, 27 days early. They had no idea how to fix it and gave me a number to the district manager (no response).
