I reserved a storage unit on the mobile app before I left Arizona so it would be ready when I got to Omaha. Before I arrived in Nebraska, they had given my unit to someone else. I was on a schedule and couldn't reserve a new unit until I arrived in Omaha. No one was in the office during business hours, so I had to use the app again and then wait around for someone to show up in the office anyway to finalize the reservation.
