Update: I was unable to get assistance through the general customer support with this matter, basically told there wasn’t anything they could do unfortunately. However, the district manager saw my post of what happened and was able to reach out to me and fix this immediately. I appreciated the transparency and swift address to this situation! Really wish I’d have picked a different place to store our things. I’m struggling to understand why I after being a customer for only 4 months we are already subject to a 50% rate increase; meanwhile I see on your website, for the same unit we have, a price is offered for even lower that what we are currently paying before the increase takes effect. Incredibly disappointing.

Kirsten was very nice and helpful. I had to have my unit lock cut into and replaced due to me doing so well of keeping track of keys and James did it so quick in a blink of an eye! I even recieved a free pen 🤣🫶
