Sabrina has hands down the best customer service I have ever received at public storage! I’ve used this company 3 different times over the years and this was by far the best experience! She made it so easy, so effortless and was beyond helpful and accommodating! Thank you for your help. I wish everyone had this level of professionalism and courtesy in customer service.

Sabrina does a great job. I arrived this morning and the gate was broke and not opening. She took names and told us she would contact us when it was fixed (which she did). Only complaint is the total price of a 10x10 compared to other storage companies. I appreciate Sabrina giving me a 6 month break for being a long time renter.

I love Public Storage at 11163 S 168th St, in Omaha. The lady that runs this office is awesome! She takes great pride in the property, making sure its a clean and safe environment for her customers. She is always available to help and answer any questions you may have!
