Very clean units. Easy access, location is great for my business!!
They will raise your rent at-will sporadically just to do it. There is no rhyme or reason for it other than they can, and they will. It starts out reasonable, but if you talk to them about it, they say that it's in the agreement that they can. You can make payments on time for your entire agreement, and it does not matter. Awkward getting started to find a person to talk to, but once I connected, it's been a very good experience for a first-timer. I am more than happy with my rental unit.
