Today I got a storage in Waipio. Erilinne went above and beyond on explaining everything, one step at a time during the sign up process. She was very patient with me, when I questioned everything in the rental agreement. I’m very happy with her customer service. And I would definitely recommend other locals to use this public storage.
Bran is the BEST!!!! Always super friendly and very helpful. I try to come and organize my unit atleast once a month, which puts me there for 6 or so hours. He always comes and checks on me to make sure I'm alive and not buried under a tower of stuff that might have fallen. Top notch customer service!!! 100 out of 10, definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!
