Dexter was the best! Made the experience friendly, easy, and smooth! Allowed me to check out multiple units and pick the one best suited for me and got everything handled in a very timely fashion! Would definitely recommend.
Just lined up my tiny storage unit yesterday and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Kaya took excellent care of me and made the whole transaction a breeze!
Store manager nice, but several property concerns. I tried to reach regional manager, regina, but she left me a message one time and never answered any calls afterwards. Property safety is in question, gate broken and left OPEN, outside lights off/out, inside lights burned out, grounds uncleaned of debri (leaves/snow), lack of heating in facility as advertised, lack of carts...I could go on....If I knew then, what I know now....oh AND then they tried to INCREASE my monthly rent price!!! LOL
I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kaya! She answered all my questions and was super kind with me knowing how stressed I was in the middle of a move. Thank you so much Kaya!
