Dexter is an amazing property manager at Public Storage! The facility is always incredibly clean and well maintained, which really gives me peace of mind. Anytime I have a question or concern, Dexter is right there to help and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never have to worry about any issues because whatever I need, Dexter addresses it right away and truly puts me at ease. His customer service goes above and beyond, and it makes such a difference. Highly recommend this location because of him!

My hats off to the employee named Dexter at the Cooper St. Location. I was in a jam and got there right before closing spoke and explained my situation to the young man working at the time by the name of Dexter he helped me get situated and assisted with all my needs and concerns he actually stayed a bit later than he was supposed to. He was very helpful and accommodating don't know who his boss is or who he answers too but he's a great representative of the storage facility wishing more people that work in the public sector... read more
