Dexter the manager was very helpful explaining everything about the storage unit . He made the whole transaction very easy . The Bluetooth option on the app to open the gate is very convenient.

He took his time, made sure all of our questions were answered, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out — he’s a great asset to the company! The facility itself is very clean, organized, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and professional storage option.
The key word is “Dexter.” Hands down the biggest help and the most polite employee I’ve had the pleasure to meet. I’d have to say Public Storage is lucky to have a guy like him on staff- I say “Thank you” to him for the experience.
