Linda and Trish are a breath of fresh air, they make you feel like a neighborhood friend no matter what the need is. Knowlegeable, helpful, patient, kind and sincere. Customer Service at it's very best. Thank you ladies !
Linda made the rental process easy and found the perfect storage unit for our needs. Outstanding service.
You folks have a TERRIFIC lady, LINDA who helped me to manage my new account with easy, simple instructions.
Update: been here for awhile now and the property has been consistently clean, including the bathroom in the taller building. My rate has been right where I need it to be. The app to open the gates is also great. As always Tricia has been a pleasure to work with. My spouse and I have a storage unit here. Tricia in the office is fantastic. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend renting from this public storage!
