I would not recommend this storage facility. I recently received a notice claiming I owe over $300, despite never renting a unit or doing business with this company. It's extremely frustrating to be contacted about a debt that appears to have nothing to do with me. I've had to spend my own time trying to sort out what seems to be a serious error. I’m back at my favorite storage facility in Seabrook and once again I’m fortunate to have Linder solve my issues today. Yeah! She gets an A++ this time. It was just an A+ the last time. Linda is so knowledgeable about everything that goes on here. She is a computer whiz! I’m recommending that management highly consider her worth to this company.and promote her to a position with a lot more responsibility. Thank you Linda. Great job today, Very non- stressful for me. We went in looking for storage, place was amazing, so clean and welcoming. We met with Patricia very helpful, upfront about all fees she was very patient with all our questions we were asking. She took us to see the unit we were interested in renting. Very clean . Patricia was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting her and doing business with her. We did rent a unit.
