We’ve been there for 7 years and facilities and staff have been great. Not busy and drive up to units.
Amazing service by Chichi the property manager. Helpful, friendly quick. Thanks for taking care of our storage needs. Lovely facility and customer service is top notch. Would recommend.
It took 45 minutes for paperwork, etc to rent a small locker for 3 months. The paperwork requried is shocking and has to be done by hand and then also done on a computer. What is the point of that! Your 'deals' only last for a single day as well. Ridiculous. After this experience I will not be renewing my lease.
The staff is very friendly they take the time to explain everything to you and they show you your spot to make sure your pleased with your choice I would recommend this location hands down
Continuing problems with access to this sites payment system. System's payment programming seems to change every couple of months, sometimes, it even feels monthly, making payment entries difficult. Calling head office is no help, as they simply acknowledge the problom and hand it back to the local facility!
