Staff are great at lachine location!
I had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here. From the beginning, the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, secure, and very convenient. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Excellent service signing up for a locker. Well maintained. Very courteous and helpful staff.
I received excellent service at Entrepôt Public Lachine. Perfectly bilingual staff who take the time to show you your unit, go through everything with you, etc. Saveenah was friendly, honest, and funny. The units are secured and the warehouse is clean.
