Updated 09/09/2026 This is a clean place, Bev is golden, very courteous and knowledgeable about her job. I've been here a too long, when I moved in it was like $40.00 per month... now it's $101.00 monthly. This place is all digital but have the nerve to offer me "24 hour access" for like $25 additional fee. It is not very climate controlled either, I'm all aware it's not going to be 65° in there but it's like 85°. Your job security seems to be based on you getting positive reviews. They raised my rent 50%. I called and left messages to see if the rate could be negotiated. They never returned the calls. I ended up calling and getting an answer and was told the district manager felt my new rate was more than reasonable.
BEV IS THE BEST!!! This lady treats everyone like they’re a part of her family. NEVER have I experienced this level of customer service, especially this day and time. Bev cares from the beginning to the end of the process. Bev we really appreciate everything. You made this process so easy. This was my husband and I first time renting a storage and the process was so smooth. Thanks to Bev.
