Signing up and moving in was simple and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and took the time to call personally if a payment deadline was coming up, which was appreciated. When I went in to close my account after two years, the staff member actually remembered me by name even though I hadn’t seen them since the day I signed up, which was pretty impressive. The only thing I’d change is the website and payment portal, which could be a little glitchy at times. Otherwise, smooth experience thanks to the people.
Woody and Angelica are very professional and have excelente customer service! I shopped around before I made my decision, they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location!
