My last unit 1246 had no food no anything that RATS COULD FEAST OFF OF, my entire unit was Rat FECES ALL IN MY STUFF ON MY MOTORCYCLE SEAT AND IN MY BAGS. ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THE RATS CHEWED UP MY THINGS. I’m glad I have insurance. THE LATE PAYMENT FEES ARE THROUGH THE ROOF IF YOU ARE AT ALL LATE. PAYING ON A WEEK DAY ITS A HIT AND MISS WITH THE STAFF PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY. I have had to pay late fees just about every month. The code is so long to remember to enter and exit. This is a great storage facility. The people working there are very friendly helpful. That's perfect central location, freeway Sr 502 05. It's always kept clean and safe. So if you're looking for a place central vancouver, it's a good one....

Our space rental was messed up even though I did it online. When we got there I had to wait to be moved. When I went back, my gate code didn't work. It kept saying see Manager, but there was no one around at 1:30 pm. I finally got a hold of a human at a national number who let us in. Now I am out of the space and trying to cancel my account and can't get a human on the phone. No one was around on site. Very messed up. Still trying to close my account. Not impressed.
