Very kind people awesome location very secure
Not good!! People break thru the fencing, diarrhea ON my trailer, poop piles at the end of my trailer, allow dogs to wander and poop at my trailer. There's a huge homeless dump on the other side of the fence. Homeless people cut thru the fence and have tried to get in my trailer and it's storage compartment. There isn't adequate camera angle for my area. Mgmt does very little; they've barely repaired the fence. I'm leaving end of month! I have used Public Storage past 2yrs and have moved out of all. I rented a storage for 1 month on a promotion for 1 month free just had to pay service fees i told the lady at the front desk that I only needed month because I was in the middle of moving and only needed the 1 month she said that's fine just remove all of your things before the 1st of the next month remove the lock and leave the storage door open and she would know i was gone and would close the account so that is what I did the next month came and I get a bill for 190$ i call3d public storage and explained i was gone befor... read more
