Public Storage's Ft. Caroline Road location (Jacksonville, ) is highly blessed to have a hardworking Earth Angel there named Zelda. She was very detailed in addressing my every concern, question and patiently kind. Her customer service was 5 star to everyone in the office. And she exhibited genuine professional care and compassion, realizing how difficult the task is, for whatever reason, we have to store belongings. God bless her and all. And prayerfully hire more with her kind of standards and sweet heart.
