Preface: I haven't reviewed a storage facility before, so please beware your experience may differ. The unit was clean when I arrived, the lock left as described and the move in was easy, the automated gates allowed easy access for the moving company I had utilized (though the paved roads were a little narrow for the giant truck, but that was not too big of an issue as the main roads allowed for wider turns).
