The staff is helpful and is the only reason for the 2nd star. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They increase your rates every single month and before you know it you are paying 2x the expected rate for your unit. Truly disappointing.. buyer beware
Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience as a first-time customer. Arrived with a U-Haul around 4:30 PM, and no one informed us that the gates would lock and elevator access would be disabled at 5:00 PM sharp. The property manager, George, an older man with white hair, was in a hurry to leave and gave no explanation of closing procedures, even though we were clearly just starting to unload and were the last people on the property.
