Beware of steep price hikes—45% year-over-year increases with only a one-month notice! Shockingly, my unit is listed on their website at one-third of what I’m currently being charged. Once you’re no longer a new customer, they seem determined to squeeze every penny from you until you move out. No concessions, no room for negotiation, and no concern for loyal customers
