A recent power outage surprised my movers and me with a gate that wouldn’t open. The onsite manager did a great job assessing the situation and making calls to escalate access. Thanks to her compassion and resourcefulness, I avoided an additional $200 moving fee. We left the Greenbriar location due to lack of response following a power outage that left us for weeks without access. This manager should be recognized for her leadership. PS should also use the app to notify customers of access problems!!!
This was the worst storage facility I’ve ever dealt with. My unit was flooded, and the staff acted like they had no idea there was a problem. There was a hole in the ceiling of my unit that appeared to be the source of the water intrusion, and instead of properly addressing the issue, they tried to have a mechanic make a quick fix. There is visible water damage throughout the building, yet whenever I brought my concerns to management, I was given the runaround rather than real answers or assistance.
