Scam. I was told to come cut my lock and I rented a U-Haul. No one was at the facility to cut it. The code did not work to go in. I explained I was out of state and would have someone else do it. No regard for your time. Also. No one seemed concerned or anything about the money and time wasted on the u haul only the payment for the next month. Scam!!!!!

No carts (been there 3 times this week and they never have any) Tried to contact their help team regarding the carts and they said they would have someone on site call me but they did not. There is no one on site. Expect to do a lot of heavy lifting yourself
