If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would have chosen. Public Storage does illegal rate hikes. In 1 year my rate went from $189 to $309. The law that went into effect in May of this year stating that Storage Units are not allowed to raise the rate more than 10% in 1 year. They are also required to give a 90 day notice of rate increases, via first class mail. I got less than 30 days notice of the most recent hike. Public Storage is breaking the law.
