I came by the office since I was sent to voicemail and received really upsetting and rude customer service from an old white lady!... We are all human (not perfect) but she was just out of it! I moved out two weeks ago and forgot to take the lock off and thought nothing of it..(soon to find out I have to remove it or else apperantly I still have to pay for the unit) I drove 1 hour today came by the office to let the lady know that I have no access to any of my codes to go inside and remove the lock and she just gave me the w... read more
