Chyneen was great
STAY AWAY FOR THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE RATS! I spoke to the gentleman in the office and he acted like he didn't care that my stuff was ruined by the RATS. I will be taking this put with corporate. They should tell you if they have a RAT problem before you rent. They don't even let you use thier dumpster to throw away your stuff that was ruined. They want me to haul it off the property. NO HELP! THEY JUST DONT CARE. BUT THEY WANT THIER MONEY EVERY MONTH!
Chyleen has been a tremendous help and kindness in getting my storage unit, listening to my story, and being compassionate about my situation. But in a positive way encouraging me and being beyond helpful. A great asset to have and she has a tough job but very much appreciated. The place is clean, very secure, easy to load and unload with an app for access for dedicated hours and clients. I would highly recommend this storage facility for anyone that needs a secure space for their home or life in any transition.
