Had a great experience at Public Storage! The elevator has been down for a while, but there are stairs and the property managers are super helpful. I never felt rushed or like I was being irritating because I was asking questions. Would 100% be 5 stars if the elevator was fixed.
Adding to my last post I wanted to say that I went to the storage unit to check on some things and my slide lock was stuck. Luckily Kami just happened to be at this location and was able to take care of it. She definitely is wonderful to help and go the extra mile to make sure my experience with Public Storage at this location is great! I really do appreciate her. Thank you Kami!!
