Kami was fantastic! Very patient and helpful! Great place to rent.
Do not rent from this location until management REPLACES the elevator. I had to move out of my second floor unit while the single freight elevator was out of service. There's currently no timeframe to getting it fixed. Everything had to be moved down a flight of stairs. Thumbs down from me.
Had stored some things for a few months and now most of it is ruined. Furniture that was stored has mold on it, every box reeks of mold/mildew. When I was cleaning out my units it looked like a pipe had burst on the second floor and there was water everywhere. Elevators were broken so I had to haul a cart down the stairs.
Jessie was the wonderful woman who helped me at this location. If she is not a regional manager for Public Storage...she should be. Professional friendly with sound knowledge and advice.
