Adding to my last post I wanted to say that I went to the storage unit to check on some things and my slide lock was stuck. Luckily Kami just happened to be at this location and was able to take care of it. Would be 0 if possible. Currently chasing them due to a pricing discrepancy on my account and no one will call me back. Definitely would not use them again or recommend to others. Update: I was finally called by the manager of this site who had been on leave and everything was resolved. Company needs process in place so that competent people cover when others are out as my issue was not complex.
Kami from the Barrett Station location was extremely helpful guiding me through the steps, process and rates for renting my unit.
Kami was extremely helpful and nice! Great customer service, very professional, she deserves a raise! 5 ’s. I would recommend this public storage to others!
