Would be 0 if possible. Currently chasing them due to a pricing discrepancy on my account and no one will call me back. Definitely would not use them again or recommend to others. Update: I was called and told this issue would be addressed within a week. That was 2 weeks ago. I will not be paying next months rent until this is resolved. I have left 2 more messages at this site this week - no one answers the phone.

Customer rep, Kami, did an excellent job assisting me last Sunday. Did not realize when I rented the unit that it was on the third level. I needed first level due to intense heat and the elevator being out of order. Had to redo my rental three times, but she patiently and kindly assisted me in order to provide the best unit possible. Her professionalism and efficiency was greatly appreciated.
