I moved out of Public Storage months ago, yet I’m still being charged for it. Despite paying all my bills on time, I was hit with two extra months of charges after I had already left. Went today and I needed some help regarding my unit and I had an employee help me her name was Tasha and she was very respectful and took the time to explain and answered any questions I had.
Tasha was an excellent help in this process of securing a rental storage unit! Definitely would recommend renting with and through her/this location!!
