I don’t know that these reviews are real, I needed storage for one month. Called and checked if a pad lock would suffice with customer service, they said yes. Got a call from them saying that my unit wasn’t properly locked. The lock they left in the storage had a key broken off in it, so it was unusable. They put their own lock on, and when I made plans to pick my things up on the 3rd they knew it would be emptied because there was no longer a lock. Needless to say, they are still attempting to charge my card for an empty un... read more
