Me and my mom came in to get boxes and see about getting some information. Jazmine was very patient and helpful. She answered all my mom's questions and she had a lot of questions
This place is always so clean. I walked in and not only was the staff great but it smelled so good.
Every time I go into Saint Johns, it's always a good vibe. Staff is beyond helpful. Shout out to shenese,milagros and they have a new person Jazmine. Ya keep doing what ya doing!!
Millie, Millie, Millie! She was the kindest, most helpful and patient person I have come across in a very long time. She not only took time to point out certain aspects of my reservation, she also remained available and helpful as I transferred my items to the unit. Millie is the epitome of what a customer service representative should be. Thank you so much, Millie!
This is by far the best public storage facility... The best staff!!! Shaneese and Milagros are two kind people who will try to help you the best they can... Other facilities don't have the patience they have .. if you have to choose .. go to this location, you won't regret it!
