This facility is okay! Employees and regional manager are friendly and understanding. The elevators can be annoying if you don’t know your code by heart, but the app makes it easy. I did get an increase in my rent which was somewhat unexpected, but the staff did try to find me a better rate/size and encouraged me to keep an eye out for deals.
Had short term storage unit rental here as I navigated moving up my apt from DC before lease started. Jazmine on arrival day was a GODSEND and went out of her way to be helpful to me and my friend after an awful drive up and limited time before closing. THANK YOU. Milagros was also fantastic when closing up my unit. Other than the great service, the location and functionality of this Public Storage was great, and love that there were so many free and accessible dollies to use (first come first serve)
First, if you really want to get the RIGHT information...go in person! Online just doesn't give you all the information. Second, I just really appreciate the young lady who helped me today. She was so informative and helped me pick out the right size by letting me see the different options. She was patient and sweet from beginning to end. Thank you Jasmine!
The staff here is something else! No matter what's going on, these ladies are always on point, respectful, and able to resolve situations that even I wouldn't handle as calmly, lol. They made the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Shout out to Shenese and Jazmine!
