Nobody was there, you have a business and nobody is there, I needed to move to a bigger unit, a horrible customer service, and there was nobody over there. Also, the agent who attended me over the phone call, didnt ask if I needed the storage closer to the door, that was a freaking maze runner in order to find it, and then move everything from the truck and walk like 1 mile in order to get the storage unit. On or around the week of April 8, 2026 I had stopped by the front office to let the clerk know that the door to my unit was difficult to open as it got closer to the top and then it was not opening up all the way to the top. I would try to push it up and it rolls back down about a 2ft. from the top, which would mean that when I need to bring something in or out that is taller than myself either myself or someone else would have to hold the door up.
