Public Storage provides an outstanding environment to safely store your important belingings, short or long term. My only criticism is that they do not pro-rate your last month if you occupy only one day. You pay the FULL month! This is preposterous and I am leaving another unit I have since two can play the revenue pain game.
They call incessantly, day and night, even if you owe them $3. They will threaten to auction your stuff within a few weeks if you miss a payment for any reason. They increase the rent by more than 50% every 3 months. I started there at $99 a month, and within 18 months I was paying $340 per month for the same unit. Due to unexpected health issues I couldn't get my stuff out of there quickly enough!
