More than a month ago, the management restricted access to 9:30 to 6:30 p.m., instead of the stated 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. They sent no email notification. They merely posted a paper on one of the doors saying the restriction was due to "extreme weather conditions." Both times I tried to access my unit, to get files needed for work, I was locked out.
