On 10/15/25 I arrived at the 3100 Courthouse Lane in Eagan at just after 6:00pm (Property access is from 6:00am-9:00pm). Tried my could code multiple time on both doors and said property is closed???????? Called the number and even got a text that confirmed my code and access hours. Then I tried selecting the property manager two times and left two messages with no return call yet. I drove an hour from Rochester to drop a carload of items. I'm giving James five stars. Thank you so much for being so professional and helping me solve the issue I had with my storage unit. I have had several issues with this particular storage, but James was absolutely amazing. Other coworkers should take a note from James how to be professional and work with paying customers. Once again thank you James for being awesome.
They are cooks , DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!! cannot wait to get my stuff out this month will never utilize their company again
