It's a good place to rent a storage unit from and they keep it safe there so that your things are protected.
Hellen and Jason were so amazing, they helped me get my first storage unit!!
I initially went with this storage because they had a promotion going on for your first month after that you pay regular prices which is fine the catch is I've rented out my storage around the 15th and I was told that I have to pay over $100 on the 1st. So there is no 30-day billing cycle when you first start regardless of when you get your storage you are expected to pay your rent on the 1st and if you are late on the third day you will get charged $15 and another $15 another 3 days afterwards
I have been using this public storage for 2 years now specifically this location. Most of the times during my visits the place stay very clean, hallways, and Unit are maintained pest free. I spoke with Indah, and Helen about a matter that I was concerned about my unit. They educated me on why certain procedures were done, So I was relief to hear that there was nothing wrong with my account. Both ladies were kind, respectful, and professional.
Jason was AMAZING 🤩! He did a great job making sure that we got a unit for good price very funny guy and very kind over all great experience!!
