Soon as I walked in i was helped and found exactly what I was looking for immediately, Donald assisted me with everything I needed to move and protect my furniture in the process informed me of everything I needed to know giving the fact that this is my first time renting a storage unit
The ONLY reason why I'm giving a 5 star review is because of Donald. He's been extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful with customer service. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years and the district manager Travis was absolutely no help at all; my unit was up for auction and he said he could take $50 off and NEVER did. Fortunately I was able to save my unit but having to pay it in full. I've had things stolen, a dead bird and a dead rat in my unit, with no empathy or compensation from the staff or corporate at that time. I... read more
