Public storage is not a great company. But Devon at Grattiot Ave ROSEVILLE is a 5 star guy! Thanks for your help.
I am disappointed for the price I pay, the doors mechanism is broke so they do not stay open while moving furniture, the elevator has not worked since I brought my stuff to storage on 12/31. If I wanted to have a first floor unit, it would be an additional $35. I watched an elder person struggle to get his belongings down the stairs and am surprised he didn't have a heart attack. I should have explored more options because I definitely would have went elsewhere.
