This facility has been an ongoing source of frustration and disappointment. I have attempted to contact management multiple times and have never received a return call, which speaks volumes about the lack of responsiveness and accountability. The security and accessibility issues are unacceptable. The doors to the facility are frequently broken, and the keypad lock often does not function, preventing access to the entrance closest to my unit. Charity was awesome I had an issue with my acct but she did her absolute best to make things right and explained everything thoroughly so I understood clearly and made sure my code worked and I understood my paperwork :) she was very kind and helpful she was excellent!
