I’ve been trying to reach the main office multiple times, leaving voicemails, but no one ever calls back. The office is never open when I go by, and I can’t get into my unit after 7PM. I even contacted corporate customer service, and they just transferred me to leave another message—again, no response. On top of that, the rent on my 10x10 unit has nearly doubled in just a few months and is now $200, which is outrageous. I’ve always paid on time and never been late. The rep Rachelle was very quick and polite. Had very well knowledge of the storages she had available to accommodate my needs. To say this young lady was alone she handle 3 customers at one time and everyone got accommodated and all needs were meet . I will always recommend this location to family and friends.
