Kevin is simply amazing! Thorough and attentive is the space selection process. Great conversation, too. Just tops
Good storage unit but the manager Kevin was never at the site during business hours and never answered the phone. If you want a unit with at least one person there working during business hours, this is not the place.
Kevin at Public Storage was such a lifesaver. He went out of his way to help me at the last minute and saved my unit from going to auction by accepting my payment. I was extremely stressed, and his kindness, patience, and professionalism meant a lot to me. It’s rare to find someone so understanding and willing to help when you’re in a tough spot. I’m truly grateful for his support and excellent customer service.
