This was my first time ever renting a unit. Ms. Shannon made this process sooo freaking easy. Awesome personality and very easy to talk to. Keep up the great work @ 4935 Sunset Blvd Lexington.
These 5 stars are not for public storage! They are for the lady that helped me named Shannon. For them it’s 1 star! Due to an extended family emergency I had to go out of the country. While I was gone, these bozos went up on my rent every three months by $47. I was stuck and had to pay. By a year later I am paying about double. I will never use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone.
Place looks great, many improvements since my last visit! Jackie was a TREMENDOUS help!! Keep up the good work!!
We love Public Storage! We have had multiple units going back to 2018. Mrs. Jacqueline is great, she helped us today and made it a really great experience like we always have here. I highly recommend this location!
Been searching for a storage facility and had some bumps along the way. Shannon was my first point of contact and I have been thoroughly satisfied with all of the assistance she has provided over the last two weeks. I have been a hot mess of changes (all out of my control) and she has been the most patient and accommodating! I am so happy our paths have crossed and so thankful for her expertise!
