I arrived at the facility at 5:01 p.m. thinking they closed at 6 p.m. Jackie was about to walk out the door, but opened the office so I could make my payment and set up auto pay. Above and beyond the call of duty! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

They had my vehicle towed even though I'm one of their customers. And didn't even have the decency to let me know who towed it!!!
