Facility and unit was far below industry standards for the cost. The office was not open during typical business hours, and hours were not posted on office door or windows. Unit door was rusty and hard to open. Unit floor was cracked and broken with pits in the concrete where moisture seeped up through the floor. No visible cameras on units for security. Crystal is amazing
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Twice now I have paid my bill and they waited over a week to try and take my payment. Then they charged me a $25 late fee both times, and returned my payment because "It wasn't sufficient". When I call customer service, all they do is tell me that it's a "me" problem and that there's nothing that they can do. Last month they raised my storage rate $25 a month.
