His customer service went above and beyond, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. If you need storage, I highly recommend asking for Rocky. Great experience at the Public Storage off 1100 North Central Expressway. Moving into storage can be stressful, but Rocky made the whole process smooth and easy. He was professional, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. He answered my questions, helped me get set up, and made sure I could access my unit without any hassle. Big shout-out to Rocky for going above and beyond. He represents this location extremely well. Highly recommend
