I contacted the storage facility Sunday evening, not expecting a return call. Within a few minutes, Candi, a manager with Public Storage called me and immediately resolved the issue. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! I rented a 10x15 unit for 6 months when my family relocated to St. Louis. Imagine my surprise when we went to move out and our entire unit smelled of mothballs. There were also moths in the unit so the treatment wasn't even effective. I contacted the property manager who basically said this is the risk you run when renting a climate controlled unit.
