Shae has helped me and did her job beyond anyone one else at this place. She walks around to find the carts for other customers to use. It’s hot in here and it was never this way before! But Shae is the truth and she will make sure you get settled in
I wish I could give 2.5 stars out of 5. Don't use this facility to store items. There's almost never a property manager at this location, when calling the number (which is a minnesota number btw, way to outsource🙄), no one from the office picks up and the ONLY way I've been able to make contact with another human is by clicking through the options and saying I want a new storage unit.
