Was at public storage the other day and met the most funniest manager that goes by the name Shae. She was very polite, respectful and generous even though some of the customer gave her a hard time about a push cart that was out of her control, she handled them with respect. She helped me find my unit easily and told me about the 24 hour access, she knows her company, thank you Shae and nice doing business
