Make sure you do your research before signing a contract with Public Storage. We moved out of the country and needed a 10x25 space to hold some of our household goods for up to 7 years. Public Storage advertised the lowest rates so we signed a contract. After only 3 years, we had to take a trip back to the US to move our goods to another storage facility (Storage Q in Festus, Missouri owned by a nice couple). It was well worth it. We have been long term renters at this facility. When we recently needed to add more space, I made an online reservation which put our new units on a different floor from our current unit. Diane was able to easily accommodate our request to remain on the same floor and process our new rental agreements without any issues. She is professional, polite and very knowledgeable.

Extremely clean, secure and warm inside during winters. Your car drives into the building so when you load and unload you are right at the elevator. Cooperative staff is quick to help. I needed a bigger unit and the nice lady found me one near my old one so I would not have to cart my stuff all over the place. I do miss the carts they had by the elevators to move stuff around in . I hope they bring those back.
