While handling some estate responsibilities, I had occassion to meet Shae, the bright young lady managing the Chesterfield Public Storage facility. Shae helped us navigate the ever-changing on-line offers on long-term unit rentals and found us an excellent deal. Hoping that Public Storage takes note of her customer relations skills, and her energy and enthusiasm for her job. . . She's, definitely an asset to your team ! 😊

My rent price has increased twice in the last year, and every time I check on my things the moth ball scent gets worse and worse. I started at $79 a month and am up to $119 with increasingly worse conditions. I was not to my knowledge even notified of the rent increase and I’m definitely going to be looking for a new storage facility asap. Really disappointed
Candi, the manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. We thank her for her assistance. She is an excellent manager.
