While I can't honestly say Jessie walks on water, I DO say she is awesome. I had had a few problems beyond my control regarding my payment. Jessie handled that most fairly, and was able to provide some added help.
Customer service at it's best! I had reserved a unit, and the lady manager called me to make sure if I needed any help that they were available to assist!
Building B has never been climate controlled and was told it was before we moved. Stopped asking after being told it was being repaired 6 months ago. Read the fine print on introductory pricing. We went from $210 for two units to $420 after twelve months.
The staff is often unavailable for long periods of time and since you must leave an ID to use the loading carts, you can be waiting for a while with no way to contact anyone to give you back your ID. Also employee, Karey is extremely rude and unhelpful! One of my worst mistakes!
