charese and Steven are amazing 10/10
This location does NOT offer a climate-controlled move-in space, contrary to what they list on the website, so I had to transfer to a different location before ever moving in. I spoke with a rep on the phone who told me that they would transfer my payment to the new unit, but a week later they decided to charge me a 25% fee for transferring it over. When I disputed the fee, they said there's nothing they can do about it, so I'll have to get a refund from my credit card company. Avoid this place at all costs!
Charese is great worker outstanding service, with out exception.
I absolutely love this place no trouble supervisor is the best funny knows his job was super helpful, prices are good storage rooms are clean I would definitely chose public storage on Hampton the best place ever
We’ve been customers for a while and have seen things improve after Cherese became manager. She’s an excellent manager and her customer service skills are outstanding!
