Building B has never been climate controlled and we were 100% told all units were climate controlled before we moved. Over the span of six months we kept getting excuse after excuse and we finally stopped asking. Also, Read the fine print on introductory pricing! We went from $210 for two units to $420 after twelve months. UPDATE: after purchasing a house and moving we found multiple bags and boxes with mouse/rat chew holes in them including a $300 scuba pro dive bag. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SITE!

I have been trying to get in contact with somebody I bought a unit the other day and was sent notification that you are okay to go to your storage unit here is your information you need and I got it I talked to the lady there she said that they'll be there so they close and I was like all right I'll be there before you guys close and I got there and nobody was there I called and I called and a message and nobody answered I end up figuring out how to get out I need help
