So I stumbled upon this location today, I met this amazing young man, that’sfriendly, and articulate. Karry answered all my questions abt the storage space. And I will recommend him again.
After further consideration, i was contacted by staff/management about a problem(s) I had and was met with a fast and professional response. Questions and concerns were answered. I would Recommand this storage location.
Not climate controlled. The elevator is the slowest I have ever witnessed in my life and they lock of the trolley so you can’t move anything so someone in the office to unlock 1. Sundays and evenings you can’t move anything
Business hours are listed but not there office hours! I went during business hours and someone was inside the office but would not help me. I’ve tried calling all morning and can’t even talk to a real person to verify when someone will be in to help me. Very frustrating. update: property manager called me back and helped me out with my situation! P.S. office closes at 5pm!
